Flourish After Forty-Five is a gentle, restorative retreat created for women who want space to pause, reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and their faith.
In the midst of full schedules, family responsibilities, shifting relationships, career questions, and the physical and emotional changes of midlife, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away. It is an invitation without pressure, expectations, or the need to have everything figured out.
Across three thoughtfully guided days, you will be invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover what truly matters. Through reflection, conversation, creative practices, and quiet moments in nature, participants are invited to explore important themes of midlife: caring for yourself, navigating hormonal and emotional changes, setting healthy boundaries, and re-imagining calling and vocation. Rather than offering quick answers, the retreat creates space for wisdom, prayerful discernment, and hope to emerge.
The retreat is led by Fiona Schneider, who brings a rare integration of medical knowledge, coaching expertise, and spiritual depth. Trained as an obstetrician and gynaecologist in the UK, she previously ran a women’s health clinic in Germany, which included psychosomatic care, herbal medicine, and nutritional health. Fiona now coaches women through her programme Flourish After 45 and accompanies people in spiritual discovery. She loves encouraging others to live with greater purpose and joy and flourish with renewed faith.
