Rydal Hall is looking to recruit in early 2012 for the following two positions:
Rydal Hall is set in the heart of the English Lake District. The main Hall has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to a high standard. In 2011 a new Campsite facility was completed and in Spring 2012 our new Youth Centre will be opening. Therefore we are seeking to recruit for the following two positions:
Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager with a proven background in the hospitality industry, primarily with experience in the area of accommodation services; however experience in other areas would be an advantage. Duties will include the supervision and day to day practical working in accommodation services as well as duty management and overnight on call duties.
Facility Supervisor
Facility Supervisor to be a part of the day-to-day operation, cleaning maintenance of our Youth Centre, Conference Hall and Campsite facilities, and welcoming of guests to these facilities and overnight on call duties.
These are full-time positions and accommodation is available. Rydal Hall is a Christian community so a sympathy with and an understanding of Christianity is essential.
