Anyone walking past our Youth Centre, situated beside Rydal Beck and over the bridge from our Tea Shop, will have seen that it has undergone a massive transformation.
The building has been totally gutted and re-ordered. Work began in early January and the building re-opened on Friday 4 May 2012. We have waited a long time for this refurbishment and we are delighted that we now have a fabulous facility in our Youth Centre which sleeps a total of twenty nine in bunk bed dormitory style accommodation in a total of four rooms. The two smaller dorms are ensuite. In addition there are showers and toilets on the ground floor and a communal kitchen and common room on the first floor.

Pillow cases are provided but guests need to bring their own towels, teatowels and sleeping bags/duvets.
Please note – As from 1st Feb 2013 we are levying an additional £50 cleaning deposit which is fully refundable after the Youth Centre has been checked by a member of our team on your departure.
The Youth Centre at Rydal is one of three centres run by the Diocese of Carlisle – St Johns in the Vale, just outside Keswick and St Andrews Youth Centre in Coniston.

2013 Prices
The rate for 2013 is £350 per night. 10% discount for youth groups and midweek bookings. 10% discount for Anglican, Methodist and URC church groups within Cumbria.
