Holiday Cottage - The Stable

The accommodation in Rydal Hall’s former farm building is now available for holiday let. Our prices are very reasonable and represent extremely good value, considering the location.  People using the cottage are welcome to book the occasional meal at the Hall, use the Bar, join the Rydal Community at prayers, and benefit from the use of the grounds and gardens. This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy the services and location of Rydal Hall, while maintaining your independence. There is plenty of parking.

Situated by Rydal Beck, The Stable was built in the 17th century as the cart shed.  It now offers compact, cosy and functional ground floor accommodation and is ideal for couples and young families. The accommodation comprises of Kitchen (which inlcudes cooker, dishwasher and fridge freezer), Sitting/Dining Room with electrical appliances and a wood burner (which is charged at £5 per log basket) , Double Bedroom, Twin Bedroom, a newly refurbished Bathroom, and small secure garden with own access.

We will now be charging for electricity this will be charged at only 20p per unit

Bed linen is provided, but you need to bring your own towels. 

We ask our guests to leave the cottage clean and tidy, just as they would like to find it.  

For the comfort of all our guests, we have a No Smoking policy in our holiday cottage. Small, well behaved pets are welcome however we do charge £10 per dog per week. 

Should you require any groceries during your stay we have currently spoken to Tesco and they have agreed to deliver orders placed online direct to the Stable.
